    The threemast topsail schooner Oosterschelde is the last remaining original Dutch threemaster. Bould in 1917 for international for sailing cargo on international waters en fully restored in 1992. With her imposing rigging, het length of 50 meters and her stylish interior, the Oosterschelde is an impressive apparation. The ships homeport is in Rotterdam, but sails everywhere were there is enough water.

    All cabins are comfortably furnished and equiped with floor heating and a washbasin with hot and cold running water. Each cabin has a hatch or window leading to the deck. De toilets and showers ar communal.

    Safety and classification

    The Oosterschelde sails under the Dutch flag and is equiped to sail worldwide. For this purpose the vessel holds all the safety certificates required by Dutch law and has the most modern naviagtion and communication equipment. The ship sails under the regulation of Register Holland. Maintanance and safety procedures are being conducted according to a ISM-code, approved by Bureau Veritas. The crew is qualified according to the STCW '95.

  • Helena


    The twomasted Helena was build in 1875 for sailing on the rivers and is the oldest iron sailing rivership of the Neterlands. The ship is nicely curved with a high curved rear. The elaborate restoration was completed in 2003 and since then the Helena has been sailing daytrips in the waters surrounding Rotterdam. During your stay onboard you will experience sailing on the river as it was during the glory days.

    The Dutch sailtrainingvessel Europa was build in 1911. In 1994 it was renovated into a three-mast bark and now wonders the world seas.

    The atmosphere onboard breathes an adventurous maritime history. The traditional mahogany deckhouse, the teak decks and floors as the fine interior with authentic details from the beginning of the 20th century, give the ship the perfect ambiance for a wonderful voayge. The classic bunks are very comfortable. Above the deck three proud masts arise, of which two carry 6 yards. In a light breeze, a spectator could see the Europa sailing with 30 sails bellow, taking her towards the horizon. An image that is connected to the era of the great sailing vessels taking guests and goods all around the world.

    The Antigua was build in 1957 in Thorne, Yorkshire, as a fishingvessel. With precision and a feeling for maritime details it was converted to a sailing vessel with all the modern comforts from 1993 to 1997. Sixteen 2-person cabins provide all possible comfort. The Antigua stands out with her beautiful lines and elegant interior that make as stay onboard a special maritime experience.
